1. About these terms

These Terms of Service govern use of The925 website and application at the925.org and app.the925.org, including its organizational workspace, AI assistance, workflow automation and collaboration features. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you accept them for an organization, you must have authority to do so.

A separate written agreement or order accepted by both parties may provide additional terms. If it conflicts with these terms, that agreement governs the conflict. Questions about the service or these terms can be sent to [email protected].

2. Accounts and authorized use

Provide accurate account information and use the service only with appropriate authority. You are responsible for protecting your credentials and for activity you authorize through your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your organization controls workspace membership, roles and access to its business information. An administrator may change or remove your access. Do not access another person's account, another organization's information or a connected resource without permission.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service for its intended purposes, subject to these terms and any applicable agreement. This does not transfer ownership of the service or its software to you.

3. Your content and permissions

You or the relevant rights holder retain ownership of content you provide. You give The925 permission to host, process, reproduce, transmit and display that content only as needed to provide the service, carry out authorized instructions, maintain relevant records and meet applicable legal obligations.

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to provide content, connect accounts, involve other people and instruct workflows. Do not upload information or authorize actions that your organization or applicable law prohibits.

Workspace information may be visible to other users who have permission to access the relevant conversation, workflow or record. Check access and recipients before sharing. Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. AI assistance and review

AI-generated answers and outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Review important content, factual statements, recipients and proposed actions before relying on them or approving a change. You remain responsible for decisions and instructions you authorize.

Do not treat AI output as a substitute for qualified professional judgment where legal, medical, financial or other specialized advice is required. The service does not guarantee a particular business result or the correctness or uniqueness of generated content.

Relevant content may be processed by the configured AI provider as explained in the Privacy Policy. The service does not give us ownership of your content or permission to use Google data to train generalized AI models.

5. Connected services and workflows

When you connect an external account, you authorize access within the permissions you grant and the actions permitted by your workspace. You must comply with the external provider's terms and your organization's policies. Availability depends on the provider, account permissions, subscription edition and service configuration.

A confirmation or workflow approval can authorize a real external action, such as sending a message, editing a file, changing sharing permissions or modifying a calendar event. Review the details before approving. A configured workflow may perform approved actions when its conditions occur.

Disconnecting a connector stops further access through that connection but does not automatically reverse completed actions or delete retained workspace records. Revocation and deletion controls are described in the Privacy Policy. External providers can change, limit or discontinue access.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, infringe rights, distribute malware, send unauthorized spam, impersonate others or obtain information without permission. Do not attempt to bypass authentication, workspace isolation, confirmation requirements or other security controls.

Do not interfere with service availability or test or exploit systems without authorization. We may restrict activity reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks or legal requirements.

7. Plans and payments

If you purchase a paid plan, the applicable order or checkout terms must describe its price, billing period, usage limits, renewal and cancellation conditions. These terms do not create a payment obligation without an agreed purchase.

Any applicable refund rights, cancellation rights or mandatory consumer protections remain in effect. No unlimited usage, free trial duration, service-level commitment or refund guarantee is created by these general terms.

8. Availability and ending access

We may maintain or change the service and its features. Availability can be affected by maintenance, incidents and third-party outages. Unless a separate agreement states otherwise, continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed.

You may stop using the service and contact [email protected] to discuss closing an account or workspace. An organization administrator may also remove member access. We may suspend or end access where reasonably necessary for a material breach, security risk or applicable legal requirement. Where appropriate and lawful, we will provide notice or an opportunity to address the issue.

Ending access is separate from erasing data. Retention and deletion requests are addressed under the Privacy Policy, applicable law and any agreement with your organization.

9. Responsibility and applicable rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law and subject to any separate written agreement, the service is provided as available without a guarantee that it will meet every requirement or produce a particular outcome.

Each party remains responsible for its own conduct and obligations under applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, removes mandatory consumer rights or overrides protections in a separate binding agreement. No specific monetary liability cap is established by these general terms.

If a dispute arises, contact [email protected] so we can try to resolve it. These terms do not impose an arbitration requirement or select a governing jurisdiction without a separately agreed provision. Applicable law and any valid written agreement govern those questions.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will display the last-updated date and provide notice of material changes where required. If a change requires consent under applicable law or an existing agreement, that requirement continues to apply.
